REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We want you to be happy with the goods and service that you receive and we will do our best to ensure that any problems with your order are resolved as quickly as possible.
Goods damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged please contact us in writing within 48 hours of receipt using the contact page or email email@example.com
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.
We may ask you for a photograph of the damage in order to make a claim from Royal Mail.
Faulty or incorrect goods
We will send you an artwork proof for your approval to ensure that there are no mistakes in your print. We are therefore unable to offer any refund or exchange on approved prints, unless HelenWhiteDesign has made an error in the production process.
If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt using the contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to put things right.
If it becomes necessary for you to return an item, we are not responsible for return postage (unless the goods are faulty) or for returns that are damaged in transit or do not arrive. Please obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office for any returns.
We will process any refunds directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days.
The above policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Despite our efforts to show our print colours as accurately as possible, due to the nature of print processes, the differences in monitor and device performance, the differences between web and print colour reproduction, as well as the inherent difficulties in capturing colours in photography, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the colours displayed on this website.

Our payment provider will request your debit or credit card details to process your payment to us, however we will not have sight of or store details of your method of payment on our system.
